Fibby spearheads Maisha Film Lab screenwriting labs, filmmaking & technical labs, documentary filmmaking labs and the youth & film training programs in Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania and Rwanda. Fibby collaborates with cultural partners in the East African region to produce a variety of programming, including film festivals and film screenings. She has also sat on several juries for film festivals.
